This precious puppy is Noah. Noah previously lived a hard life, yet you would hardly know it! He and his sisters were severely malnourished when they were relinquished. He suffered several health problems due to his deteriorating condition, but after he was adopted had a new lease on life! Today, Noah gets around just about everywhere in his Ruff Rollin’ Dog Wheelchair for back legs – including the snow! We adore this little fluff ball!
